Returns & Exchanges

At Bettinardi Golf, we strive for perfection in every craft and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all headcovers and packaging included. Custom-built putters and personalized accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different specification.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your Bettinardi gear in its original box to prevent damage during transit back to our Studio B facility.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
